We ship all orders from Tampa,FL within 5 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Please contact the carrier directly if you encounter any issues. If you receive a damaged package, email us within 5 business days at motelcowgirlclothing@gmail.com with photos so we can help where possible.
